to me..so gotta be honest girls, I was outta control yesterday. this end of job thing is freaking me out...but I stopped. didn't eat last night, worked out lots yesterday, and today..and am on the mend..
so moving on...

so at 22 points, I don't think I should eat anymore, besides maybe having a hot cup of milk...but really shouldn't eat anymore, and don't want to go on a sweetness binge....
exercise:
ran 24 min and paddled..maybe for 40? getting faster..it's tough but fun..

Though your eating may not be exactly what you want... you're doing SOOO GOOD with the exercise and that counts for a lot!!! =)
Yay for redeeming yourself! So, this paddling thing, is it actually in water? Or is it a rowing machine? I think you mentioned you joined a group for this - do you guys go out somewhere?
