breakfast: scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, mango, coffee
snack: mocha and "dream bar" from the Farm bakery (coconut & chocolate)
dinner: steak, mashed potatoes, artichoke

good job on getting more protien in! gym?? not that I should be talking I was out of the gym all weekend, but i did go in on Friday...
