funny thing is that I have missed out on the gym the past two days due to going out yesterday and dead tired today...however I have been eating healthy both days so it should be OK..yesterday I had egg white with some cheese and salsa, then turkey with veggies and only a bite or two of cornbread...well more like 3/4ths...what else??then some veggies, then some sushi and that's it, except for booze...but really, portions were reasonable...today I had a venti NF latte for breakfast, a healthy bar then some baked beans with a veggie dog and carrots...some more coffee and one of those mini scones, I plan on eating light for dinner and sleeping well...tomorrow, the gym for sure...what's your plans on the gym this weekend miss a?

uh ,cause I have so much fun I don't need any alcohol to induce the fun...comprende?
