for breakfast I had a bagel with creamcheese and a NONFAT SUGARFREE vanilla latte (Dawn, aren't you proud?) It tasted a little Splenda-y, but its alright. For lunch I had a yogurt and a cheese enchilada with a bit of rice. Dinner, we're having steak, mashed potatoes, and a salad.

ok, so did you eat all the bagel and cream cheese? (you know, I am like one of those teachers that cn talk about writing and can't write a sentence to save her life...anyways..) and good job on the NFness...did that part taste OK? also for SF flavors lots of people like the cinnamon dolce, and they still have SF gingerbread at some of the starbucks..or you could do only 1/2 the amount of regular vanilla pumps..totally up to you..good job on cuting out dweets on MOnday...I ate a donut (WTH??) talk to you soon!
