I'm so happy that we've recruited more people! What a great support system!
today...
breakfast - yogurt with fruit and granola, a NF 1-pump vanilla double latte
snack - an oatmeal raisin cookie
lunch - Eating Right frozen meal - chicken and rice - but I didn't eat the whole thing, tea, and a chocolate chip cookie
dinner - a small hamburger and a handful of fries, and a small glass of gingerale
So the cookies weren't the best choice, but considering the other goodies in the staff room (chocolate cake and cheese cake), I did alright. I'm so dang tired lately though, so I have no motivation to exercise.
