monday

so, I was good had some egg whites and 100 cal english muffin, soy milk, coffee with a little lf whip (wth??) and I am planning on eatting some high protien for lunch, then some veggies for a snack, gym, and maybe do my smoothie for dinner...I want to be back on my game...oh yeah, so I weighed myself...once on Friday.,.lost 1.6 lbs, then again today, and gained 2 lbs.,....so I think I am pre period bloating...next week I am going to talk to doc. about my midnight eats to work on that and also see what other tips they have...we can do this!!

we can totally do this! so I haven't weighed myself, but I tried on my wedding dress with all the undergarments today, and it's loose!! Yay!
