let's see, I woke up, and ate, WAY TOO MUCH CERAL..if I lived alone I would throw it all away, problem is I live with 2 people, so would eat their way less healthy ceral, so I need to just cut back, eating it at night, bowls in morning, etc...in the way of points, I very easily could of done half my points in it...what the heck?? well, I know I had a pretty stressful night before, but reacting with food is no bueno, but by acknowleding it, I will improve, right??
Then let's see, I had a NF latte, grande, with 1 pump of reg. peppermint syrup(4)...you can do that A-dawg..then, a chicken breast (3)with skin off and some corn, (1) Alyssa, would you like me to write points in so you can get an idea of what that looks like?? well, I will do it today, cause I think that way anyways, then you can tell me, same to me. :) then I ate a few almonds (2), went to spin class (that gives me like easily 7 pts, but your only supposed to count 4...) proud of myself, 2 days in a row, what ? what?? !! then went home, made soup, with chicken (for broth, ate a little chicken, probably for like 2 or 3 and the soup, which was a minnestrone sans the noodles...and extra veggies, so 2 pts...I then stopped for the night!! yes I woke up and wanted more food...Rosie, that's a problem of mine...and then I was sweetly told to go back to bed by my roomie who basically supports me in my struggles...so yeah, I think I made up for ceral splurge...maybe I will skip out on it manana...

well, I have a few different ones, there is a good flakes like one at TJ, called like nature flax plus or something for 2/3 c (2, but you could probably have an enture cup or over that) it has lots of protien and fiber and only 110 calories..I think you might like it cause it is similar to the smart start but less calories...we can go to TJ this weekend and I can point out some goodies... and no prob on pts
oh that night it was a freaking ceral made by cinnabon..don't even ask .....well 3 pts per 1 cup...so not bad, but I ate like 2 cups..which is way too much at night..
