TGIF

for breakfast I had oatmeal and a LF vanilla latte. Maybe I'll start trying it with sugar-free vanilla syrup, but would that really help? for lunch I had an Eating Right frozen lasagna and a piece of cake (damn you, cafeteria lady!) For dinner we're about to eat bbq chicken breast, whole grain rice, and artichoke. Not bad. I went grocery shopping today and got some dried fruit to take to work, and some strawberries and chocolate pudding for dessert. I'm trying, I swear! No gym tomorrow because I have to go over the hill for a baby shower.

yes, I think the SF will save you about 40 calories..and if you make it a tall nf sf it's only 90 calories for the whole thing versus 190 (w/syrup) or 150 w/sf....
