Wednesday and Thursday

I wanted to start by adding my goal amount to lose: 35lbs
Since April 2007 I have lost 20 pounds and have plateaued for about 3 months, maybe more...

My immediate goal is to pump up the exercise. I have yet to master this...any tips?

I apologize I have not been up on it the past 2 days, so here goes:

Wednesday:
I had yogurt, banana, coffee with fat free creamer, brown rice and veggies, 100 calorie pack, more coffee, and for dinner I had more brown rice and veggies but I got saucy and added chicken! I was within my point range for that day. BUT, I didn't exercise or drink enough water. I was kind of down this day, but managed to keep from overeating by watching "Big Medicine" on TLC. No gastric bypass surgery for me, thank you.

Thursday:
yogurt, NF latte, 2 cuties, english muffin with butter (too much this time, but oh so good 3 points),
cashews and some goldfish (6 points) and then a WW microwave dinner. Tonight I am going to sushi with friends and then to a play. Sushi is AWESOME (2 points for four pieces of roll with one type of fish) and the seeing a play will occupy me for 3 hours this evening. No exercise today though :(
Although, depending on the sexual position I could potentially burn 100-150 calories...

weekends are tough for me, too, because we eat out more, and that's hard!

yeah we aLL gotta back eachother up with this weekend...maybe we could do a group incentive if we stick with it???
