Dawn's 1st blog posting
woo hoo, so exciting...well not as exciting as the veggies I just ate with my whole grain pita that had lots of turkey, some avo, and veggies....before that it was a latte (NF, tall), bar for 100 cal, 5 g of fiber 5 of protien) and then nf yogurt with fruit (about 1-2 cups)...my weight is 192...or so, maybe a little more or a little less..I can get back on the scale, but some say not to weigh youself too much cause you go crazy (which I am) but if it's too little it's easy to slip into a bigger pair of pants, esp. if you shop like me...I am still feeling my cold, but I do plan to go to gym today, and stick with my goal of light dinners and no sugaryness...

in regards to my weight, my goal is to get into my 140s...now that's 50 lbs from here...if I lose 30 pounds and have nothing to pinch then we will reacess...I also plan on being able to do some pull ups
