Alyssa's Wed. post

Your pita sounds good, Dawn!
Today I had yogurt with fruit and granola for breakfast along with a double low-fat vanilla latte, for lunch a small salad and a chicken & cheese chimichanga, and for dinner pasta and garlic bread. I had another cup of coffee and two mini candies for a "snack" after work. Again no exercise :(

OK, so I went to a meeting where there were plate full of cookies, you know me and cookies...I got to stop, food has become this forbidden joy and it's taking over my life...stop food, I don't want to be one of those boring people who is food obsessed, but wait, I am...so I took half a cookie, took a bite or two, then threw it away, cause as you recall I am not supposed to eat those things, went to gym, went home, had a salad, but then at like 10 I was starvin..so I ate, crap, pita with PB and J, ceral, pita with butter, then some wheat thins..then some oatmeal, then this candy crap..what the hell did I do to myself???
