Tuesday

Alyssa:
I ate oatmeal and a lowfat vanilla latte for breakfast, a frozen lunch (lasagna) for lunch (the good low fat kind), and had a salad, chicken noodle soup, and a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner.
Unfortunately I also ate 4 mini-candy bars after work. No exercise today.

OK, I am here, that is funny, I also ate a healthy lasgna for lunch, for breakfast a bran muffin that was homemade and healthy, no sugar...then 2 grande lattes, but NF, and a salad with the lasgna, a whole grain pita and some coffee with soy milk, lf cheezits. then went to gym and took a spin class, did some abs, and had a healthy smoothy for dinner...only problem is I woke up and ate some ceral...
