Hump day...

believe it or not, I like my lumps, and bumps, just want them to slim down a bit....ok, so still proud for not going into kitchen night before, sometimes I think if I say things out loud I will keep with it, but then not saying it is denial?? ya know...

ok, so food journal, had some chicken (2) with english muffin (1), coffee with 2% (1) then beans, cheese, rice and a little tortilla, (5-6) first was gonna say no, but I have been thinking about it for some time, so I went ahead) and chicken with salsa and lettuce (2), that's it for now, I have some veggies I cut up, will eat more of my soup, and another high protien item...going to go back to the gym today, my plan is 4 days a week of good work outs, and more physical activities with friends...

ok to complete today's posting, after lunch I avoided starbucks, went in there for a walk, but didn't order anything..go me!! then ate some almonds (let's say 4) and dried mango (1-2) oatmeal (3) then soup (4-5) I tend to over estimate points, putting my grand total at 24-25, which is right at my range, plus worked out for a good hour for 4 activity points :) not eating anymore...and woo hoo

this week there will be a loss :)

yaah, I made it for lunch, but got hungry and ate it for breakfast, I skipped on other breakfast plan...all day, no ceral, well except oatmeal...rest of day, I ate, veggies (0), some oatmeal (3) then almonds (4) dried mango (1) some soup (4) so I am not eating anymore today and I stayed at my points...day 3 at gym this week, I will make the 4th on Friday when I go rock climbing and you and I will work out :) this weekend, don't get too excited on me..we should hang out Superbowl to keep eachother in check..
