The end of my weekend

Saturday for dinner:
some cheese and crackers, a slice of bread w/ butter, tri tip, roasted potatoes, salad, glass of wine
Ds- apple pie, and like two spoonfulls of ice cream (I couldn't say no to dessert but I definetly had smaller portions than I would have before I started keeping track)

Sunday
B- coffee, cereal, orange
L- pasta, slice of ham, asparagus
S- 2 meat patties and a bite of potato salad that Danny's mom sent us
D- half turkey burger w/ cheese, salad, and a bite of homemade mac n’ cheese that I made the other night but it was past its prime
E- hour walk

how do you send potato salad from oregon?
sounds like you're doing well - feeling more in control of portions, ie the ice cream. good job! you can also do a weekly weigh-in, most of us aren't consistent with that though.

She freezes everything and puts it in a cooler then ships it overnight. Weird huh!?!
