oops... I have been a bit behind!
Friday
B: 1/2 cheese quesadilla
S: chocolate croissant
L: 2 tacos W/ beans, cheese, cabbage, and salsa
S: banana
D: kung po tofu with extra veggies over rice. glass of red wine
D: sugar free fudgecicle
Exercise: 3 mile fast walk and 20 min ab/butt workout
Saturday
B: frittata with 2 eggs, tomatoes, ham, and cheese, 1/2 an orange, 2 cups of tea w/ milk
S: cottage cheese with pineapple
D: pasta (stuck to 1 serving!), 2 sausages, peas. glass of red wine
D: yogurt with jam, cereal and almonds
Exercise: none
Sunday
B: double cappuccino , 1/2 low fat poppy/lemon muffin
L: few bites of pasta and a yogurt
D: fish tacos ~ baked fish, corn tortillas, cabbage, beans, and salsa. 2 beers.
Exercise: 40 min of yoga and ab/leg exercises
