mondays suck

I hate Mondays. Grrr... I just can't seem to get my eating right on Mondays for some reason. I end up snacking on crap. Here's what I had today:
B: 1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel w/ cream cheese, NF vanilla latte
S: other half of the bagel
L: Eating Right lasagna, banana, ice-tea
S: 5 bite-size candies!! I couldn't stop!!
D: cheesy breadsticks, 1 slice of pizza (cheese, basil, tomato, olives), water
I have the munchies right now and am trying to decide what to do about it. I need something sweet I think. Maybe a bowl of cereal. Maybe a fat-free pudding, if I have any.

girl I love you. eat more protien, and veggies, and water...it will fill you up when you got the munchies.
