S: half bagel w/ creamcheese
S: cereal
D: steak, grilled salad (so yummy!), bread, 1 beer and 1 glass of wine
D: 1/2 brownie
Sunday:
B: bagel w/ creamcheese and coffee
Haven't had lunch/dinner yet, but it's now 2:45 so it'll probably be just one more meal today, which will be a burger and baked yam fries (I'll let you know how they turn out).
Went for a walk on west cliff today with Mark - not a run, but a somewhat fast pace, I think. We probably walked for an hour total, with a break half way. I start back to work tomorrow, so it'll be hard to keep it up, but I'm gonna try. Nicole (just joined) had a good idea of wearing a pedometer all day and if you don't reach 10,000 steps (the goal) by the time you get home, go for a walk till you do.
