some pizza in mid of night...opps...but not much..

1 fiberone bar 2
walked and went to gym! that was fun Julie...
oh yeah I lost .2, I think that will just push me, cause I know I went over my 35, but I was better then the week before where I gained, so I can do this, just gotta stick with it..

ok, that puts me at all my points but I am walking and going to gym

Have you tried Western Bagels Alternitive Bagels? They are only 1point for a whole bagel. They are the normal bagel size and come in onion, sweet wheat, cinnamon spice, and blueberry. I really like them. So a bagel and fat free cream cheese are only 2 points!
