I am totally full right now. I have a show tonight but I know I wont be hungry until after the show. I will have some fruit when I get home and go straight to bed.

I am guestimating on these points since I stopped doing weight watchers. Yes, I stopped. Mainly because I never went to meetings and because I am trying to save money. I know that this could possibly be a really horrible decision, but every time I went I felt like sunshine was being blown up my ass and pictures of skinny people were shoved in my face. I did not feel supported, welcomed, inspired, or like it was worth $40 a month.

Has anyone ever used www.sparkpeople.com ? It is free and it counts calories. Lots of adds, but I am going to use it and see what happens.

$40 a month does seem like a lot for sunshine up the ass :)
I saw a commercial that WW has an online thing too.

ya, as long as you stick with blog and stay on track you should be fine. I have not used sparkpeople.com there is calorieking.com which does it. dwlz.com which gives points on everything and then you can always log on to W with my user name and password cause sharing is caring
