Wednesday...

ya, no eating, and I didn't eat the night before either, ok so that is good

muffin 3
latte 3
will walk for 90 minutes up hills
salad 1
dresssing 1
bread 3
yam 2
1/4t big cookie 1
frozen yogurt with almonds 7
pumpkin 2
veggies 0
turkey 1

so I have 1 pt left, but only ate 1/2 of fro yo, so really 5 pts, tired, feeling a little ill and sick, I can do this though..

so I atemore, and more, the rest of the fro yo, another muffin, so that is -1, then a fiber one with peanut butter, so -4, is that it?? I think so...well that makes it so that I am 27 points of my bonus points, I feel like I am floundering, but have rejected donuts, and pastries, and cookies, so Iguess I am not doing too bad, I just want weight to fall off like those stupid ads...anyone feeling successfull right now? or motivated? kick my in the tukus.

good job on the not eating at night!! that's making up for the oregon eating :)
