Wednesday

B: yogurt w/ granola and fruit, NF vanilla latte
S: snack bar that Ellen sent me samples of, pretty yummy, no trans fat, low sodium
L: chinese food - rice and sweet and sour chicken, wonton soup - but I ate a fraction of the serving
D: pasta, garlic bread, salad, OJ
D: a couple pieces of milk chocolate see's bar
