no exercise for me today, big surprise. when I walked up the 1 flight of stairs at work to pick up the kids from lunch today, my quads hurt. that is disgusting. I'm angry at myself for not having the self-discipline to actually do something about it. I just can't seem to get going.

I thought they were like fried burritos..but not sure...could you do the stairs a few times at work during your breaks??I know I lose my exercise motivation all the time..but you can do it girl
could you eat your fruit for one of your desserts, breakfasts, or snacks??
I usually have fruit with breakfast, in yogurt.
