crap, so I ate, but I didn't for 2 nights, and there has been lots on my mind lately, so I am going to balance it out in my points, exercise, and try and move on. since when I do this crap, I often make it worse.
midnight snack : 10 pts, ceral with soymilk and some bread and humas, not sure on pts, but to be safe
breakfast: coffee with yogurt 4 pts
snack: fiber one bar 2 pts
lunch salad with boca 2 pts
exercise: walk and maybe gym, but who wants to work out on a Friday night because they have notthing better to do?? except clean their room, do we smell loser?
so if I stick with all this I have 5 pts for dinner, and as long as I don't go out, I can make some good low point dinner and be fine and stay in my points...
so I am at 13 of my overboard points, but that doesn't include my manic monday...so I think if I stay in points until Monday, which is my weigh in day I should be able to lose...that's going into the weekend, but I will exercise everyday and stick with it...only problem is on both Saturday and SUnday I was invited to drinking events..now, as you all know, I can not drink, but with both these groups I am not sure if I want to not drink with them...does that make sense? and staying at home, could lead into some bad munching...eck...support me ladies..

How often were you midnight snacking before? 1 night out of a week is not bad maybe in comparison.
By the by, guess what I have on my calendar for tonight? "Clean room, exercise" *puts 'L' on forehead*
Pushin your restart button over the weekend is great. You have time to think and organize your life, and think clearer. You are also within your bonus points, so no worries!
As for drinking: as long as ya'll aren't doing shots, you should be fine. Have one drink and keep adding ice to it so no one knows. Drink seltzer water and put a lime in it so people think it's a gin or vodka and tonic.
Or, pretend you are going hobo style and drink coors light. 2 points each.
OO!Oooo! You can brown bag it and bring soda...it'll be our little secret.
yeah, but you are busy all the time, so a clean room night sounds nice and relaxing...trust me on this, I too used to go out during week and have fun..I totally know how to not drink...but sometimes I want to drink..and those can be freaking high point nights...the midnight snacks, well they are sometimes multiple and others, less so...
ps thanks rosie
It seems like you have been doing an awesome job with all the workouts - don't discount all that activity!
Snacking is a tough one for me too, I have always enjoyed cereal at night
Habits are hard to kick, it takes time, but stick with it.
enjoy your weekend!
you can do it! don't be too hard on yourself, you are only human.
I love you!
thanks ladies, I love you all :)
