Monday:
Food: I dont remember
Exercise: 1 hour walk/run
Tuesday:
B: banana, chi tea (no sugar added), and kiefer
L: bagel w/ 1 oz cream cheese and a small salad with a bit of dressing
D: 2 cheese and pepper tamales
S: fudgecicle, yogurt, 1 c of goldfish
EX: none
well I did not eat enough during the day than I just kept eating at night. I have been on a bit of a bagel obsession - it would not be so bad if I could get myself to plan ahead and have something whole wheat on hand.
Wednesday:
B: banana, 1/2 a bar and water
L: small salad and 1/2 a bag of sun chips
D: dinner will be sushi at home (dans b-day dinner), sashimi, miso soup, edemame , cheese cake (I plan on serving my self a mini piece) and 1 beer
EX: none
*does anyone have suggestions for meals/snacks to bring on the go that can last till lunch with out turning gross (no refrigeration). I am spending too much money and calories on convenient foods. I cant really think beyond the fruit and yogurt. I could use some inspiration.

If you like something savory, I like those mini quaker rice cakes - they have a BBQ or cheddar flavor. Then i put almonds or some sort of unsalted nut in with them, and the nuts get flavoring, too. The to go food for me lately - apples!
I keep a bag of dried fruit at my desk... not sure on the sugar-ness of that though. Trail mix. Rice cakes with peanut butter.
uh , turkey jerky, bars (i could reccomend millions..) low fat mozerella sticks from tj with a few crackers, apples, let me keep thinking of that.
