I'm in better spirits today. Glad it's Friday. What a long week!
I did pretty good not giving into wanting to eat and drink yesterday. It was hard though. Pretty much stuck to my eating plans although I did have some drinks, but do not think I went over my points.
Todays food plans
BREAKFAST-Carrots, sliced tomato, 2 olives, 2 cups of coffee w/skim milk - 1 point
LUNCH-Ham Sandwich, water - 3.5 points
DINNER-Weight Watcher Meal - 6 points (Declining dinner with family that will be Fried Chicken, Beans, & Rice)
Will probably have a couple glasses of wine this evening as well - 4 points.
Will take a walk during lunch today.
Tomorrow I weigh in and I know I will not have lost any weight this week due to Easter parties and eating out too much. I'm just hoping that I did not gain any.

you did really good yesterday, now is it just me or are your points really low for today? always try to hit the amount!
I'm trying to make up for all the extra points I used over the weekend.
