OK, so I ate 6 pts last night, better then 10, had some yogurt and coffee for breakfast, so that's 9 total, then a small jamba juice (enlightened berry) which puts me at 11, some veggies and will eat a boca and english muffin for 2 more pts, so that's 13, which is good, I walked, then am going to gym after work, so all and all, I can do this...on my way to WW tonight to weigh in, will update you all...better be better then last week...but if not, I know why...

oh yeah I weighed in and lost .6, considering all the emotional crap this week, i am really proud of myself, my only binge was drunk, so that's not bad.. I know this week will see a bigger loss..
oh yeah I went to gym and walked at lunch, and I got 2 more points..holla.
