Back to work :( Didn't sleep well last night, so I had no energy to exercise today. But I did find my pedometer, so as soon as I get a new battery in it, I'm gonna try to wear it all day.
B: yogurt, granola, fruit, NF vanilla latte
S: fiber one bar
L: Eating Right lasagna, iced tea
S: another fiber one bar
D: home-made burger and sweet potato fries. They didn't turn out as I had hoped, but not bad. Caitlin- what spices do you put on them?
No dessert yet, but I have a sweet tooth right now, so we'll see. I'm sorta craving cereal.

I always go for the cereal too! That's awesome that you found your pedometer! I ordered mine today... it should be here by the end of the week.
I ate ceral last night too...wierd..
oh and I think the pedometer is a great idea!!maybe I should get one too...
On the fries: I usualy use the garnet yams, they are the sweetest. and if you can find ones with a smooth exterior the insides have a better texture. spices: salt, and cyanne pepper (but it is super spicy) or paprika or black pepper, which is much milder.
