B: poached egg with 1 slice bacon and toast with a bit of jam
L: yogurt and an apple
D: 3 slices of hawaiian pizza
All the white bread and fatty meats I have consumed recently have been very poor choices. It is hard for me to stay away from eating things that are already in my house. So one of my projects for the day is to plan ahead for my meals this week and to stay away from all the temptations in the grocery store. If I do not make some conscious efforts to control and take charge of my exercise and what I put in my mouth I will only end up gaining weight. And that is not what I want.

Cait, you can do it, I know that if the food is in front of me, well I will eat it..
don't go grocery shopping hungry! that's how I get sucked in by the temptations. Go full, and those sweets won't look as appealing.
