Wednesday:
B: whole wheat bagel w/ neufatchel cheese and a banana
L: apple and veg soup
D: chicken sandwich(roasted chicken, bread w/garlic and olive oil) and baked yam fries, 1 beer.
D: popcicle and yogurt
E: 2 hours of yoga
Thursday:
B: banana, yogurt and 90 cal bar
L: sm salad and soup
D: burrito (whole beans, cheese, cabbage, and salsa)
D: yogurt
E: walk/run and some weight lifting
I have not been brave enough to step on the scale recently, with the way my pants are fitting I know I wont be happy. I need to kick up my activity level in order to get the results I want, many days I just dont have the time. wheres my magic wand?
Goal: replace white foods with whole wheat and eat more veggies.
