don't forget to set your clocks an hour ahead...so I am doing OK, didn't wake up and eat, haven't 2 nights in a row, so only 1 out of 4 nights, happy to slow that down, a little ashamed on how much I ate yesterday, I bet it was 28 points, but I am gonna move on and do good today. I think I will cut down on drinking, cause once I am drunk, I allow myself to eat too much...the issue is that whether it's food or drink to mask a problem or issue, I need to address the issue...oh the journey...

let's see, I had a mini ellen bar, I like the lemon ones the best, the chocholate one was not to my liking..I think I stayed in my points for the day. which is great since I stayed inside, ie near food all day. go dawn!
