Tuesday & Wednesday

Well, I haven't been counting points at all for the last couple weeks. Let's see how I did these last 2 days:

Tuesday:
yogurt 3
String cheese LF 1
coffee 2
teriyaki chicken and rice 10
in and out cheeseburger oh! the horror! 10
total = 26

string cheese LF 1
1/2 bagle with hummus 3
eggplant stir fry with rice 7
1/2 slice of cake (co-worker's b-day) 5
Coffee 2
subtotal = 18pts

I don't know what I am having for dinner, but considering the drive through i went to yesterday, I think I will stick to a microwave smart one = 6 pts

Total: 24pts

So, in spite of not counting, my habits have not completely been reversed. Which is good and most likely temporary. I am still hungry before each meal (when i was 20lbs heavier I was never hungry) and summer and more stress is coming as my show opens and my attention is then transferred to a costuming job I am doing. I think I need to organize my time a little better so that I am more prepared for my meals. I tend to not have time and then eat out, spending too much money and setting myself up for disaster.

Do you ladies have any thoughts about busy schedules and eating/exercising right?

good job on trying to keep the habits up when your busy. I think if it's possible for you to do the lean cuisine etc when your in a rish that would be great, though they are not always filling, so a lot of times I will buy pre cut veggies at supermarket before I go to meetings or when I am rushed and just eat it. you can mix it with the smart one for a little more food. also get the subway sandwich's jarrod style and they are like 5 pts for lots of them, which is cool. also you know you can do it. and get exercise whenever you can, take a walk during your lunch, or just try to make it a part of your sch. it's time for you, and you deserve it, don't you forget.

like you said, being more prepared for meals is key, not that I'm an expert in that :)
I've been trying to keep good snacks in my classroom like bars, dried fruit, nuts, etc.

If you can pack an apple,orange, or blueberries & grapes in a container (or what ever will survive) in your bag and a bar of some sort than you can munch on that when you don't have the time to think about eating what you'd like to.
