Breakfast 0.5pt - 0 point items & coffee with skim milk
Lunch 7pt - small serving of chicken & dumplings (I hope I figured the points right)
Dinner 5pt? - 1/2 of a meat, vegetable, & noodle bowl

THURSDAY
SAD DAY FOR ME-I want to comfort myself with food & drinks, but so far have resisted.

Today Tim and I have been divorced for 2 years. It's so sad.
