Monday

Breakfast-Egg, Cheese & ham on a bagel, 2 cups coffee with skim milk 5 points
Lunch-Carrots, WW Caramel cake 2 points
Dinner-Tilapia fish with fat free mayo & pickle tarter sauce, green beens, rosemary potato, glass of wine 6.5 points
Snack-Glass of wine, WW toffee ice cream bar 4 points
Will probably have a little more to eat & drink later tonight but will stay within my points.
Exercise-walked 30 minutes during lunch-2 activity points
