so, I was kinda off in some wierd lands, like oregon, ate too many cookies, but had salads too, and then worked out Friday night, but then ate some chocholate, it was peanut filled, and too good, and probably like 30 pts..so I am going to just start with today, Tuesdays food. I also had a weight gain, but hope to see a loss next week....

I just made some home made 2 pt pumpkin muffin, let's see they tasted good, I also exercised for over an hour today and went on an extra walk...on track..so I am at 32 points, probably supposed to do 24, but worked out, so that takes 4 points out of my weekly which leaves me 31 left.
