Thanks Ladies

I really appreciate all the support, it totally helps.

So the rest of yesterday, I had a turkey sandwich which I made with low point bread, so the whole thing was 2 pts, then jonny wanted to go to dinner before movie, I said I wasn't hungry, but well, I went with him anywys, was pretty good, ate probably less then 1 pts of chips (they were nice and hot) and then ordered a side of beans, rice and avo, but really ate only a few bites with 1 and a half corn tortillas, so not to bad, at my points 25, but I was so hungry when we got home, so I had 2 pts of oatmeal and 3 pts of ceral, so now 5 less on my flex. I can still do this.

SATURDAY
didn't wake up! yes!! hola :) so I am feeling happy, had eggs, with green beans and cheese and coffee, 4ts, then a low point turkey sandwich 2 and 2 pts from the fiberone bar...I had one of the drink mixes ellen gave me and it was good, gonna order those..I am headed to a friend's BBQ soon, I am bringing some green squash to BBQ and a 1 pt boca, so I can do this...ya! feeling happy. xoxo

crap, drank....umm, so this is where it get's wild (way too many points)
then when we got home, I ate lots, like cookie, candy, you name it, so I am acknoledging that if I have a weight gain, it's me eating all this (and a few other things over the week) I am proud of myself for either walking 1 plus hour, or going to the gym 5 days of the week, and then doing something active on other days (ie dancing last night).
