OK, so woke up, ate ceral, (3-4) went back to bed, woke up, went to work, had yogurt and some vanilla and almonds (3) then coffee (1) then a yummy indian frozen meal (5), hungry and tired again, it's 3pm, what should I eat? i have been drinking water, so I know it's not just that...

good news, went on a lunch walk with Julie and going to the gym again tonight...

ok, so I went to the gym, then wel, before the gym I had a NF hot chocholate with some light whip (1) and then for dinner had a turkey bagel sandwich that I made, so that was 3 points, and some almonds 2, and 5 sour patch kids 1, so that puts me at 21...

I am re-joining WW, and get 26 points a day...which means I have 5 left, the thing is, it's hard to calculate my late night, and I am not sure if I had more then what I said. my goal is for last night to be the last, and with this blog, W, and the support of my friends and family to really make that change..

oh yeah, so I weighed in at 197...this is shameful to me, but maybe it will lead to a change
