So today was good!
Breakfast: Egg substitute with green onion (microwave) on 1 piece whole wheat toast with fat free cheese, and coffee with fat free milk - 3.5 points
Lunch: Low Fat Cheese Wedge, Non fat yogurt, 2 green olives -3 points
Snack: Quaker Mini Delights - 2 points
Dinner: Cheese Quesadilla & Vodka Squirt - 7 points
Took a 40 minute walk (long way) to local Restaurant/Bar and had 2 Rums and diet cokes. Then walked home (direct route - 20 minutes).
Hope I walked off those drinks! 4 points & at least three activity points.
If I calculated correctly. I still have 6.5 points left for today.
Tomorrow is my weekly weigh in at WW. My goal is to loose at least 2 pounds a week. I hope I can achieve this. I had a hard time this week so I'm not sure if I lost another 2 pounds.
