Ok,so the weekend did not go very good either. Saturday was alright, but I know I totally blew it on Sunday. We went to Disneyland and ended up having appitisers and a couple of drinks at the Rain Forest Cafe. I split the appitisers but they were totally not WW friendly, and neither was one of the drinks. The only thing I can hope for is that I got a lot of exercise walking and pushing my daughter around Disneyland in a wheelchair.
So it's Monday, and I'm trying to be good. Breakfast was coffee with a little non-fat milk and an cheese & egg scramble made with substitute egg and fat free cheese. Lunch was a small enchilada, some carrots, & a 1 point pudding. I plan on having a WW meal for dinner and only 1 glass of wine. Will try to resist the urge to munch all evening. Oh, and I will take my dog for a fast walk after work.

don't hate on yourself! just stick with the plan..did you find out about your minutes yet??? also I am sure pushing Katie around totally helped...and how was the walk this afternoon?
Nothing yet on the minutes. I've been flaking. Sorry, I will try to look into it this afternoon.
The walk was good. Daisy really enjoyed it. We were both pretty tired when we came back.
