hmmm, so I woke up, ate ceral, it was Jonny's ceral, so 6 pts, plus 2 pts for soymilk, 8 pts, eck, but then I had 2 pts of milk and coffee, and a slice of turkey which is like 1/2 a pt...the rest of the day, well I am going to lunch with coworkers, but I know how to stay on top, and then I have some veggies to eat later...feeling good, bothered by the night eating, but I am looking at it like a really freaking early breakfast..and yes, I went through a lot of points, but I used a small cup (2xs, which is better then filling a gigantic bowl) I am going to try and get some exercise in today and tomorrow at gym, then off to Maui with my mom on Friday. good news is she is healthy and likes to excercise, so I will continue and stay on plan...
then I ate good rest of day, had a handful of almonds, 4, and then some turkey and brought veggies to a meeting, then had a boca burger with squash and baked beans whole thing was 5 pts, if that..so I stayed low...I am doing good on not snacking endlessly or binge eating, which is huge for me.

Enjoy your trip! I hope the beautiful surroundings inspire you do do lots of activities and eat all the yummy fresh food. *If you enjoy guavas try the strawberry-guavas. They were my favorite breakfast treat - just squeeze some lime juice on and sprinkle w/ sunflower seeds. Yum....
