Tuesday by Dawn ,but it is really Wednesday, I just started writing this super early

yeah! Ok, 1 cup of ceral, (2) w/o milk, then coffee w/nf milk (1) then coffee with lf milk (2) then eggplant parm from TJ it's baked and only (3 pts) for entire thing, over bed of spinach and carrots, with a little extra NF cheese and 1 tb of lf ranch (1), went to a meeting where there were cookies, I brough veggies (0) and ate 1/4 of one (1) and then 1/2 of granola bar (1) then more coffee (2) then went to Cheesecake Factory, edame (1) and then chicken wrap (3-4) and then salad with beans (1) corn (1) chicken (3) dressing (4) and avo (3).I probably overestimated a few things, but better then underestimating...I wanted to get dessert, and didn't! wanted to buy something on way home and didn't! wanted to eat my roommates bread and sushi he offered and didn't! I am feeling really proud of all the things I have accomplished today, I am going to work out tomorrow AM for 30 minutes, run/walk since I need to do that at least once every 40 hours b/c of doc's orders...then will do gym tomorrow night and fresh choice, with good choices with friend Shelly tomorrow...oh yeah I had a rum and diet, (3) is that correct fellow W's?

thank you all this is really helping me take a moment to rethink my food choices..ya!

Props to Rosie, on ordering healthy appatizers and skipping on the bread and desserts!! we did it girl!! I felt that we both did a good job of focusing on socializing and not just the food..
