Friday

I am curious what my daily food intake would be as calculated in ww points. I don't think that I could seriously join up and attend meetings with my schedule as it is right now but maybe I could adopt the system. Is it complicated?
I did not get a full on walk in today, just to the park and back about 30 min total and not really enough to get a sweat on. I think that exercise is the make it or brake it part of my weight loss. I soo want to lose the weight but I find it so hard to get myself moving - I would like to blame it on the cold windy weather or maybe my new birth control pills but whats the point, I still have to deal with it.
I did ok on food today - I could have had less carbs.
Breakfast: cottage cheese and pineapple. morning snack: 3 crackers with peanut butter and a yogurt. Lunch: sm. turkey sandwich, goldfish crackers and an orange. Dinner: bowl of pasta with turkey and veggy tomato sauce. I still want more of it but I am trading it in for a glass of wine when I get home. Oh, and a large popsicle too.
Tomorrow night is going to be a tough one - a birthday bbq with plenty of food and drink to tempt me.

your food intake today sounds good, balanced, but what do I know :) I agree that its all about the exercise, for me too.

Cait!! I can help with the WW stuff, the main thing is portion control, so only having like a cup of pasta, lots of veggies and some turkey, etc...I think it's great that you got yourself to the park!!
