So, still feeling guilty from yesterday, what caused that binge? cause that's what it was....OK, so do I count the ceral and PB today? or what?? today, I ate a WW bagel with eggs (3) coffee (2), then someone offered to buy me sushi/bento box, I said no, yay dawn...then made my lunch (4) of beans, cheese, salsa with cabbage a little bit of corn, and tiny bit of healthy tortillaness...it was fine...yes I still want something sweet, but I am going to wait, tonight I am going to show with my friend Natasha, and will be good, just need to resist the temptations/urge afterwards.....walked during lunch with JUlie on phone!! yay, that was fun, and am going to do more exercise afterwork...ttyl
OK, so I didn't exercise anymore afterwork, I then ate like ceral, and ceral, and then went out to dinner with friends, wasn't too bad, had like 3/4 of meal, it was Indian, veggies, with sauce and 1 piece of naan, not sure on the points...oh crap...then I ate two donuts and hot chocholate at like 12/1am....
Saturday
well, I had some kefir, which is like a high protien yogurt (2) then went to Indian again, I love that food, it was a buffet and I stayed at one plate, which is very good for me, like 1/c of rice ,and a little bit of everything else and like a whole piece of naan, I ate some dessert, rice pudding and honey bread...but proud of staying at 1 plate.. WOO HOO...then went on like a 2 hours bike ride, bought some candy, but only ate 1 bite, I wanted to try the reeses whips, then had lots of veggies 2 tb of humas, which is only like 1 point, if that, then had 4 pts of almonds, another cup of kefir, geez, wierd, name so that puts me at 6 a ww bage 2 and then egg 1, so I think I stayed in my points, but then I woke up and had ceral...geez, and a peanut butter granola bar and some milk...not sure why I did this..oh yeah, I like to sabatogue myself...
Sunday
woke up, went on a walk/run, mainly walk for 30 minutes, I am exercising everyday, at least for a little bit, went out to lunch with my uncle, had salad with dressing on side 1, and then a turkey sandwich, only ate 1/2 of bread, cause it was on a roll, asked for it w/o cheese or mayo and the whole thing was proably 5, then had fro yo, peanut butter, not non fat, but I didn't eat it all..for dinner I will have my veggies, and either soup, or something protienny..gonna stick with it, may go on another bike ride...who knows... ok, so I had the veggies (1) and then a bagel with turkey (3) and then some dry ceral (2) and then some granola (4) and then some oatmeal (5) and then a granola bar (3) do we see a theme here? then I stopped...maybe I stayed pretty close to my points, I didn't get any candy when rommies went on a junk food run :)
I realize that when I feel fat, or eat something slighly fattening, ie-cookie, donut, etc, I have a tendency to way over eat, because I am feeling guilty, or who knows what..anyone have any suggestions on this???
