I love Wednesdays because they're minimum school days... yay!
breakfast: raisin bagel w/ minimal creamcheese, NF vanilla latte
lunch: half sandwich (turkey & cranberry on sourdough) and a mocha chai
snack: mini chocolate croissant (actually, I think that was yesterday, wierd)
dinner: a frozen mini pizza.
It's one of those days. Neither Mark or I feel like cooking, and I just haven't been motivated the past couple days to make the best choices, which is disappointing considering I have lost a few pounds and am seeing a visible difference, esp. in my face (double chin starting to shrink!). I think its cuz I'm still recovering from being sick, I just have no energy, so I'm hoping that once I'm feeling all better, I'll get back on top of it. I have to have a dress fitting in like a month, so I need to be good!

you can do it alyssa....and when you go out, eat small portions, which you do and more veggies and water...love you!
