Ok me too

Sorry about that ladies, I had a moment (or a few) of weakness. I remembered something I heard at a WW meeting, where this woman started her "day" at dinner, and then had points for the next morning and lunchtime. I usually do better during the day, so this way, I can screw my WW day with dinner, and then stay within my points for breakfast and lunch. Does that make sense? I am going to try it for a week and see how it goes. Here was my most recent "day":

Salad with chicken, veggies and ff dressing (7)
smoothie (6)
sushi (6)
string cheese (2)
cuties (0)
almonds (5)

I am over my points by 1. I will use my flex for this.

I have heard of other W women doing this, let me know how it works for you..I know I am at my best at work, when others are around...
