Monday by D

Let's see, I had 1 english muffin with 1 tsp of pb (2), 1/2 an organge (1) then 2/3 a fiber one bar (2) then water, plain yogurt (3) (I went to the dr. they advised I eat more of that...so you'll notice a new trend) and went to TJ's, bought healthy food, ate 2 tb of hummas (0 because of the type I got, read your labels ladies!!) lots of veggies, more yogurt, 2 pts, then a diet soda, went to gym did spin class, got yelled at by stupid teacher...came home had veggie burger (2) with english muffin (1) salad, some ceral (2) and kefir...(3), wheat thins... (2) and stopped...crap, either Saturday or Sunday night I woke up and ate a bunch of cookies and PB...I don't want to share this, cause it's embarresing, but maybe that will stop me) I really only did that 2 times this week, I am trying to quit all night eating....

oh yeah, so I went to Dr. they gave me blood test and she said it's great I work out 4 days a week, but I should do something active every day to lose weight and keep metabolism up, just wanted to share that with you all...I am feeling more inspired every day...there have been some tough situationjs the past few weeks and I am trying to work through them without food...it's quit an experience...at dr. I weighed in at 193, but then at home (late at night it was 198) so that's crazy...I will do a weigh in off. tomorrow

sounds like one of those scales is off, 5 pounds is a big difference.
So next time you're in town, lets go shopping together to discuss labels and such. And don't be embarrassed about anything, that's why we're doing this!
