OK, so I poked my head out when I woke up at 3am, but decided not to eat anything and went back to bed...woke up and had 1 c of kefir (2) and a 100 calorie english muffin (1) with some coffee and milk, not even 1, but will count it as such. I brought (1) turkey with carrotts, red pepper (0) and have string cheese (1) and beans and salsa and cabbage for my lunch (2) then hanging out with a friend later, but I have 18 points at my disposal, no gym, but I am super sore frm Mon/Tues and will walk at lunch. JULIE, ARE YOU DOWN??
oh yeah, I am so happy that everyone is being so honest on this, I think it will help us all out, and we can so do this..maybe it's the weather, but I am feeling happy, so if I can help anyone out, let me know. phone calls, or emails, I am there for you girls..

you're doing so well! congrats! have you noticed any differences since eating chicken/turkey?
