Tuesday

I did ok today but I feel like a beast, I have lost weight but I just feel like a big sluggish beast. Ugh. I think that I need to get some exercise- beyond the speed walks and stairs. Breakfast was one egg, english muffin with penutbutter and a cutie. Lunch was a half of a cheese burger, hand full of fries and a salad (w/beats, asparagus, and nuts). Dinner will be a bowl of soup and a chicken breast.

You are not a beast! congratulations on the weight loss, you should be proud of yourself! I'm still getting over sickness, but once I'm up for it, we should get together to work out, seriously.

ya, you girls should totally go exercise together...you know you want to :) I wish I lived closer so we could all get together...
