Tuesday-Thursday

Haven't had a chance to write for the last couple of days.
Went to a WW meeting Tuesday night-lost another 2 pounds. So thats 6lbs in two weeks. I hope to keep it up. I think the walking at lunch has helped, and diffently trying to stay with in my points. But I'm discoving that I seem to get the munchies in the evening a lot. I'm trying to keep on hand those low point snacks, but I confess I gave into eating some sour cream and cheddar Lays chips last night. Luckly I figured out the points before hand and saw that 15 chips were 4 points, so I only ate 15. But it was hard to put the bag away. I discovered some great sugar free puddings by Jello that are only 1 point. They taste great and come in terrific flavors.

Another way that I curb cravings in the evening is to drink herbal tea, preferably one with spices in it. It satisfies something, and keeps me busy. This is also why I started counting my days backward.

good job on counting out the chips, there are some light and fat free chips by lays, I think they all taste OK, but am not a huge chip person, but the good news is they are only 1 pt, make sure you read the nutrition on the light stuff, some are tricky...also get fat free sour cream, its fun to dip with and low cal/point...
