Wednesday
Had a light breakfast 3.5 points. Went out for lunch and splurged on points, a wopping 10.5 (if I figured it out correctly). Then had a light 4 point dinner. Weighed in at WW meeting and loss 1.8 pounds. I was hoping for 2 pounds, but I got close. I was surprised when they told me that I now need to drop a point from my daily total, so instead of getting 26, I get 25.

good job on dropping a point, that means you've lost some weight and are in a new level! good job julie! keep it up, I can't wait til I get out of the 26s too....
