THursday...by Dawn...WHAT THE HELL DID I DO??

yeah, no snacking after dinner last night..feeling good...gotta stick with it, very often I do a fwe great days then kill it all...OK, so cup of ceral, cup of soy milk (3), coffee with cup of NF milk(3) for lunch I have crackers (2), veggies (0) 2 small pieces of curried salmon I made (3) 2 slices of turkey (1) and string cheese (1) I made my lunch..then I am going to go and walk fo r30-45 minutes since I didn't make it this morning, but that will satisfy my working out every 40 hours, and tonight going to gym, and then out to FC with my friend Shelly, as long as I stick with salad, and healthy soup, 1 brownie, I should be fine..it's when I go overboard...tbc

ate some veggie protien (2), ff hot coco (1) 100 cal treat (1) OH YEAH LADIES THERE ARE ALL THESE 100 CALORIES hostess TREATS OUT THERE I BOUGHT THE CINNAMON STRESEL (SP?) FROM lUCKY'S, 9there are the chochlate ones, carrot cake, plain cake, bannana, blueberry) A LITTLE OVERPRICED, NOT THAT BIG, BUT THEY ARE ONLY 1 PT...HAVEN'T TRIED THEM ALL YET, but the cinnamon one is not bad...3 of them, and much better then those mini muffins that are at meetings and like 190 cal, etc...should we share shopping list for ideas? cause I got mad ones...

now, I just went crazy rest of day, ate some lf whip cream? what?? (1) then was really hungry, even though I had dinner plans, I had ceral (3) with soy milk (1) and then ceral, then some PB, geez, dawn, when you get the snacks....then, at fresh choice I had salad with veggies (1) and then a little soup, but not really enough to count, OK, so I was fine, but crap, then I had 1//2 sweet potatoe (points anyone? I think 3-4)and then 2 slices of banana bread, they were small, and then another bread, and a 1/2 brownie (entire brownie is 3) and some vanilla soft serve , crap, then I wanted Reese fastbreak, but I had 1 reeses, and tapioca (SF, 1 pt) with a little whip..then I stopped...had tea...and was done...til I work up in the middle of the night, and had more ceral and more PB>.....girls....HELP ME..

good job on the no eating at midnight! keep it up!
I think a shopping list/recipe thing would be great. I can put it up on the side bar or something. What do you think?

sounds good to me..you might like the 100 cal treats by hostess, if you like there products anyways...oddly they have a decent amount of fiber..
